HOLIDAY 2025 UPDATES:

Cutoff for standard shipping is December 13th. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Priority shipping cutoff is December 17th. Upgrade at checkout to ensure your package arrives for the holidays. 

Exchange window is extended to January 31st for all orders placed from November 17th-December 31st. 

 

Processing time:

Our typical processing time for orders is 1-4 business days. This excludes shipping time, which is generally 5-7 business days depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.


Estimated shipping times:

North America: 5-7 business days (standard first-class mail)

We use USPS to ship all U.S. orders, and cannot guarantee delivery time once the package has been dropped off at the post office. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.


Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Exchanges & Returns:

We process all of our exchanges through re:do. If you add re:do to your order, you are eligible for unlimited free exchanges. If you opt out of re:do, we allow exchanges for up to 30 days, but the customer is responsible for return shipping. 


Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues. 


Conditions of Exchange:

Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs (costs are covered if you opted into re:do). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges will be issued for store credit via an electronic gift card.
