FAQs


Processing time:
Our typical processing time for orders is 1-4 business days. This excludes shipping time, which is generally 5-7 business days depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.

Shipping times (US):
5-7 business days (standard first-class mail). We cannot guarantee delivery time once the package has been dropped off at USPS. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
 
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
Exchanges & Returns: 
We process all of our exchanges through re:do. If you add re:do to your order, you are eligible for unlimited free exchanges. If you opt out of re:do, exchanges are accepted up to 30 days, but the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Conditions of Exchange: 
Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (unless re:do was selected).  Items returned damaged or worn may be subject to a loss-of-value fee.  Exchanges will be issued for store credit via an electronic gift card. 
 
Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
